You will feel immediately home in our brand new apartment. All necessities are included. We are just minutes walking distance from downtown Weiden and the train station. To Graf post you will have by car 15 minutes drive.
The apartment has a fully functioning kitchen, also a dish washer with an adjoining space for a bed. Bathroom is separate.
Kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffeemaker, stove, refrigerator, and freezer. Dishes, pans, towels, and dish soap are also provided. TV and WLAN are included. Heating system and fan are also included.
Parking is free and right in front of the house in the street. The rent is 950 Euro including everything.
For final cleaning I need to ask for 100 Euro.
